Pernod Ricard India, the company many still know as Seagram India, turned thirty. It is home to Royal Stag, Blenders Pride, Imperial Blue and fifty-odd other brands, and to more than 1,500 people. There was an all-India event for the anniversary. The brief from Team Pumpkin, the agency, was to mark it somewhere the whole industry would see it, using the company’s biggest asset: its people.
The idea was 30 Years, 30 Convivialists, 30 Stories. Thirty employees, each the face of one film, talking about the work, the friendships and the culture that kept them there. Agency strategy and idea by Team Pumpkin; production, direction and edit by Lensmonk.
The teaser and four of the thirty episodes. The full series is on Pernod Ricard India’s LinkedIn and YouTube.

Before anyone set up a light, we spoke to all thirty people over video. That is where the stories were found, and it meant nobody met the camera cold on shoot day.
The crew travelled to Lucknow, Gurugram and Mumbai and ran the interviews in person, in places that meant something to each person.
Each conversation was condensed into a two-to-three-minute film. The brief in the edit room was to keep their words and their pauses, and to cut everything else.
A teaser opened the campaign. Thirty films followed over three months on LinkedIn and Instagram, and a closing film of laughs and outtakes landed after the thirtieth.
“We were never in a hurry. We were sure of what we were doing, and today you see where we are as an organisation.”
The praise that counted most came from people elsewhere in the industry.
Two golds, a silver and a discipline award, across internal comms, social and mobile.
Thirty interviews, three cities, made with Team Pumpkin.
