Elivaas runs private homes end to end: guests, staff, food, maintenance, bookings and payments. That makes it two businesses at once. Guests want a stay that runs itself. Homeowners want to hand over a second home and stop worrying about it.
Anagram came to us with a sharp idea: stop selling pools, rooms and amenities like everyone else, and sell the feeling of not having to manage any of it. Every film had to land on the same line: You’ve arrived. We’ll take it from here.
Three hero films, 45 to 60 seconds each.
“Real luxury isn’t doing more. It’s needing to do less.”
The Real Luxury is the brand film: one woman, one day, and nothing she has to organise. Sisters Before Misters is the revenue film for group bookings, a bachelorette weekend built for energy and sharing. The Best Call You Never Made speaks to homeowners: a man talking to camera at his own pool while the house runs itself around him.
All three films were shot at one farmhouse over two days, so each got its own camera language before we arrived. The guest film is soft and warm, with the hero in focus and everyone else melted into the background. The group film is handheld, closer and louder. The homeowner film is locked off and calm, with sync sound so his performance stays real.
Same rooms, three different films. Most viewers never notice it’s one property.
Elivaas has a signature scent and a real amenity kit in every home, so we built moments around them rather than faking them. The “recognition” inhale in the first film is a beat we blocked and rehearsed, and the kit on screen is the one guests actually get.
Edit, colour, sound design and music licensing were handled by our post team. From three hero films we cut 14 platform adapts: five unique cutdowns at 30 and 20 seconds, reframed to 9:16, 4:5 and 1:1, for Hotstar, YouTube and Meta, plus BTS for both brands’ social channels.
